To help teens make sound educational decisions, explore career opportunities and prepare for the workforce, we're funding a career exploration and mentoring program for more than 2,600 Boys & Girls Clubs nationwide. A centerpiece of this effort is CareerLaunch.net, a state-of-the-art, comprehensive career preparation tool that was launched in early 2002.

	Gap Inc. employees also lead workshops, conduct Career Day sessions at their local Boys & Girls Clubs and provide job-shadowing opportunities for youth at headquarters and store locations.
	NFL Charities. the cornerstone of the National Football League's commitment to community service, is partnering with the Boys and Girls Clubs of America on teen outreach.
